MOMENTUM MEDINA

Julia was born and raised in the city of Rostock, at the German Baltic Sea coast, where she also started her career in the cruise industry. After her Business Administration studies in Hamburg, she held various Management positions in the Operations department of the German cruise market leader. She then transitioned to the largest cruise line company in the world and moved to Miami, Florida, overseeing all Onboard Marketing initiatives and leading a team of over 35 team members, coming from 8 different countries. During that time she also completed her Master Certificate in Hospitality Management at the prestigious Cornell University, New York and volunteered for various mentoring and humanitarian activities in the U.S. She is passionate about high customer service and operational excellence with strong hands-on experience in project management, team development and budget management. After four years in the States, Julia moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she continued her work as Operations leader, joining the Momentum Medina team in 2017.
