AS MENTAL COACH IN MADRID, SUPPORTING GERMAN WRESTLING TEAM DURING EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP

It was yet another great experience supporting the German national Wrestling team during this year´s European Championship in Madrid. Our mental strength work started long time ago and has led right up to the mattress of the competition. Frank Stäbler was rewarded with an amazing bronze medal and we couldn´t be more proud being part of the journey as their coach.
